Hourly Rate Pricing

In this simple model, I keep track of my time and bill you after the work has been completed. This works best for proofreading, podcast management, administrative tasks, or standardized social media tasks that don’t require much creative work or research. My rates begin at $50/hour for virtual assistant tasks and are customized to your needs.

Retainer Packages

A retainer package is a pre-paid charge, billed monthly. This is a good choice for reoccurring tasks that do require some creative work . I provide details of how my time was spent and you don’t have to worry about what the bill will come to later.

Project-Based Packages

This pricing model is a flat-rate fee for a one-time project, and prices vary by the scope of the project, including my time, costs, and resources needed to complete it. This type of pricing is good for projects such as web design, social media coaching, and setting up or overhauling a social media presence. It includes regular meetings to assess progress and address changes or concerns.

Usable Hours Packages

These packages are a set amount of hours you can use as needed. They do not renew and you can choose to purchase more after they are used up. I keep a record of the hours used and let you know when they are depleted.
